What we offer
At our AFH we have a team of talented staff who have training in not only Dementia, Mental Health, and Developmental Disabilites. We also like for our staff to be well informed through quality continuing education. We also have primary medical professionals that come out to the home for medical visits. This help eliminate the challenges of transportation.
Adult family homes are a great option when your loved ones are no longer able to live on their own. A smaller setting allows us to offer what larger facilities can't. A homelike atmosphere with individualized care. We offer care with respect, compassion, and always upholding the rights of our residents.

New hope outreach offers two ideal locations. Which allows our residents the ability to attend daily programs. At New Hope Outreach we enjoy cooking delicious home cooked meals that our residents enjoy. In both locations we plan fun activities that our residents love to be involved in. We make sure to celebrate special occasions with our residents such as holidays and birthdays.
